Committed package : tazpkg - tazpkg: bump 5.8.1->5.8.2 (ship i486 no-suffix local-dep resolution, rev 990/992/993)

5.8.1 (rev 988) predates the install_all_deps finder fix, so a bdep's
transitive DEPENDS (e.g. e2fsprogs-dev -> libcomerr-dev, com_err.pc) silently
dropped to the mirror -> flaky builds. 5.8.2 tags rev 993 which resolves local
deps with no arch suffix and globs $PKGS when packages.info lacks the dep.
